Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uuus77. By completing the account registration process, ticking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, uuus77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on uuus77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and non-human actors may not hold an Account.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. uuus77 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all gaming products.
3. You must be a current resident of Indonesia.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close relative of any employee or contractor of uuus77 or any of its affiliated companies.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by uuus77 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
7. You must not have had a previous uuus77 Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on uuus77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

uuus77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not create any contractual entitlement to continued access to the platform.

• You must provide a valid Indonesian mobile number for account verification purposes.
• Your registered email address must be unique to your uuus77 Account and not shared with any other registered player.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. uuus77 will treat all activity conducted via your Account as authorized by you.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify uuus77 support immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC)

uuus77 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer process to all registered Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any stage at our sole discretion where account activity warrants additional due diligence.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification document.
2. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months and bearing your registered residential address in Indonesia.
3. Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account screen showing your full name and account number, or equivalent verification for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja accounts.

Documents must be submitted in clear digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will not be accepted. uuus77 may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request may result in account suspension.

Deposits

All deposits on uuus77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). uuus77 accepts deposits via the following verified local payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

1. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated funds held pending investigation.
2. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change at uuus77's discretion.
3. uuus77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which uuus77 bears no responsibility.
4. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method and are typically instant for e-wallets and 5–15 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB).
5. uuus77 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the same name as your uuus77 Account. The following conditions apply:

1. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a standard banking day are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB may be queued for the next processing cycle.
2. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
3. uuus77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
4. Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding a wagering result or account balance, uuus77 reserves the right to withhold the disputed portion of the withdrawal until the matter is resolved.
6. uuus77 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor once funds have been dispatched from the uuus77 system.

Bonuses & Promotions

uuus77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
2. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount. The specific requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the Account without replacement.
4. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are: Slots — 100%; Live Casino — 10%; Sports Betting — 20%; Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — 10%. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
5. uuus77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in disqualification from all promotions and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
7. uuus77 may limit the maximum winnings that may be converted from Bonus Balance to Real Money Balance. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
8. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on uuus77 are subject to the specific rules governing each product vertical. The following general rules apply across all products:

1. Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent long-run statistical averages.
2. Sports Betting: All sports bets — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, as well as bandar bola (football betting) markets — are subject to our Sportsbook Rules. Odds are determined at the time the bet is accepted. uuus77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error.
3. Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a payout. If one or more legs are void, the bet is recalculated excluding those legs.
4. Asian Handicap / Voor: Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets operate under standard Asian Handicap rules. Half-ball and quarter-ball handicaps may result in partial wins, partial losses, or full returns depending on the final score.
5. Live Betting: In-play odds fluctuate in real time. Bets are accepted subject to connection reliability. uuus77 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
6. uuus77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any game or market at its sole discretion.
7. Where the outcome of a game or event is subject to dispute, uuus77's decision shall be final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uuus77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to generate unauthorized winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event offered on the uuus77 sportsbook.
• Facilitating or attempting to facilitate money laundering through deposits and withdrawals.
• Allowing or encouraging any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or generate guaranteed profits through arbitrage at uuus77's expense.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward uuus77 staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the uuus77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of platform content — is the property of uuus77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the uuus77 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without prior written authorization from uuus77.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.
• Use any uuus77 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner likely to cause confusion or association without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uuus77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the uuus77 platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Errors in odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes that result from technical malfunctions, subject to our void-bet policy.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, and match previews.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit uuus77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by uuus77's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

uuus77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalls, and access controls to protect your data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

Amendments

uuus77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, uuus77 will provide notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Archived versions of these Terms & Conditions are available upon request by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by the jurisdiction in which uuus77 holds its operating authorization.

uuus77 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players in Indonesia access the platform under the terms of this agreement and acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development. It remains the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. uuus77's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account management, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject to the arbitration process.
